Returns

 

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your product needs to be in its original packaging, and if it was not originally sealed, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

Items that are on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged items

Refunds

 

Refunds are only handled in stores or via shipping
If your return is approved, we will initiate a cash refund
Nail polishes and perfumes or unsealed products are NOT refundable nor exchangeable 
Shipping (in case you want to return an item via shipping)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  

REFUND AND RETURNS ARE PROCESSED LIKE REGULAR ORDERS, THEY REQUIRE 3 TO 7 WORKING DAYS
